Explanation:

In order to factor by grouping, you take the first two and last two terms and find similaritiess by factoring.

First, find out if there is a GCF. In this case, there is none, so we can skip this step.

Next, group (4x^2y-2xz)+(2xy^2-yz). Take out the GCF of the grouped factors separately: 2x(2xy-z)+y(2xy-z). Notice how both of these grouped terms share a common factor.

What you would do is take that and move it to the front. Then, notice how the 2x+y is still remaining. This becomes the 2nd factor.

Therefore, the answer is (2xy-z)(2x+y)
