The pojnt-slope form of a line:

y-y_1=m(x-x_1)\\\\m=(y_2-y_1)/(x_2-x_1)

We have the points (-4, 1) and (2, 1).

Substitute:

m=(1-1)/(2-(-4))=(0)/(6)=0\\\\y-1=0(x-(-4))\\\\y-1=0\to y=1

Answer: y = 1.
