1/16*60= 3.75
It takes joey 3.75 minutes to write one card.
In 3/4 of an hour is equal to 45 minutes.
So you do 45/3.75 to work out the number of cards he can write in 3/4 of an hour.
45/3.75= 12
Joey can write 12 cards in 3/4 of an hour
