The distance between the x points is 14 units

we want a ratio of 3 to 4

for every 3 on one side there are 4 on the other for 7 total

6 to 8 = 14

so 6 on one side 8 on the other

so 6 units on the left starting at -7

-7 + 6 = -1


same with y

12 to -9 is 21 units

3 to 4 = 7

6 to 8 =14

9 to 12 = 21

so 9 unit from the top

12-9 = 3
