A store buys 77 1/2 pounds of mulch in a large shipment. They divide the mulch up into bags that can each hold 2 1/4 pounds. The store sells one bag of mulch for $2.25. For each part of the question, show your work.

a. How many full bags of mulch will the store make?

b. Considering only the full bags, what is the total sales price of all the bags of mulch?

b)$76.5

if each bag is 2.25 pounds then that can make 34.444 bags but if you want full then it is just 34. Since each bag is $2.25, you just multiply by 34 and you get 76.5
