Calculate the distance she would make if she continued driving for exactly one hour (time unit of the speed we want):

(211)/(2) \mbox{miles} \leftrightarrow (2)/(3) \mbox{hr}\\(211)/(2) \cdot (3)/(2) \mbox{miles} \leftrightarrow 1 \mbox {hr}\\\\158.25 \mbox{miles} \leftrightarrow 1 \mbox{hr}

the speed is now distance / (unit of time)

speed = 158.25 miles / 1 hr = 158.25 mph

(that is some speedy Victoria)
