`4.3 * 2.0 = 8.6`

`8 + 6 = 14`

`8.6 * {10}^(14)`


`(6 * {10}^(3) ) * (1.5 * {10}^( - 2) )`

`6 * 1.5 = 9`

`3 + - 2 = 1`

`9 * {10}^(1)`



`(1.5 * {10}^( - 2) ) * (8.0 * {10}^( - 1) )`

`1.5 * 8 = 12`

`- 2 + - 1 = - 3`

`12 * {10}^( - 3)`
