Answer 1: It did pretty well, since the goal of the American Revolution was to establish a form of self-government for the thirteen colonies, rather than depending on Great Britain´s King, which is what the Constitution achieved.

- Representative Government.
- Private Property.

- Separation of Powers/Checks and Balances.
It has actually been very successful, since nowadays we still have a federal, limited and representative government, we have the right to own private property, as well as a separation of powers.
On the other hand, we could consider that, due to racism and xenophobia, some people don´t have individual liberty, thus violating the first and sixth founding principles.
Answer 3: They would probably be very happy with the government officials, although they would criticize them for letting some ethnic groups being considered as unequal, which, as stated previously, goes against founding principles 1 and 6.
