sum of interior angles of quadrilateral = 360

lines DB and DA are tangent to the circle, so they're at a right angle to the lines OB and OA respectively. so to find mBOA = 360 - 56 - 90 - 90
so mBOA = 124

mBCA = (1/2)mBOA
mBCA = (1/2)(124)
mBCA = 62°
