Answer:

The human microbiome is a group of bacteria, protozoa, virus and fungi. Some can be pathogens, but our micro biome is essential to our health. It helps with immunity, digestion (it helps break down food molecules), and even plays an important role in stomach health.

A microbe is a cell in the human body! However it is in a specific environment. it is important because without it we would get super sick! it is the main ingredient to our immune system! we have fewer problems with these guys. They sure do a lot for us humans and our bodies systems and focuses! hoping that brainy birdy helped ya out!
