Pierre is having trouble getting to sleep at night . Which practice is a way to improve his problems

I'm not sure if this is a multiple choice question or not, but of the top of my head this is what Pierre can do:

-Avoid exercise before bed

-slow down his breathing rate (long inhales/exhales.

-avoid bright screens such as phones
