A circular sector is the area between two radii of a circle and the arc between them.

The area is indeed given by

pi*r^2*(arc angle/360)

=pi*10.5^2(118/360)

=36.1375 pi cm^2

=113.529... cm^2

Therefore your answer is correct, to the first decimal place.

Perhaps you can check if the question specifies a different accuracy for the answer, or a different value of pi to be used.
