i wanna say the cartoon is suppose to make people want to give there goods to the mother country so the mother country could make gold off of it and strengthen there military and also they didn't want any one to import stuff in to the mother country i hope this helped u honey bunny lol jk on the honey bunny not inless u dont mind if i called u that
