Hey there!!

f(x) is basically ' y '

In order to inverse a equation, we will need to switch the values of x and y

The equation :

y = 2x - 10

Now switching the positions :

x = 2y - 10

x + 10 = 2y

y = (x+10)/(2)

y = (x)/(2) + 5

This is the inverse.

Hope my answer helps!
