Let Lrepresent length
let W represent width
L =2W

L=2W

2. 2

W=L/2

area =?
perimeter is =60

Perimeter of rectangle = 2(L+W)
Substitute L in the equation above

60=2(2W+W)
60=4W+2W
60=6W

Divide both side by 6

W=10

L=2W
L= 2x10
L=20
