Slope Equation help, I was given the points (-1,4) (0,5) using the formula

y-y1=m(x-x1) help me solve this equation please

I am stuck on this, please help.

slope = -3/2
y-4=-3/2(x-(-1))

the slope is not
(-3)/(2)

the slope is 1

y-5=1(x-0)

y-5=1x-0

add 5 to both sides

y=1x+5
