The correct option is D

The Orthodox Apostolic Catholic Church is a Christian confession, whose antiquity, traditionally, goes back to Jesus and to the twelve apostles, through an apostolic succession never interrupted. It is the second most numerous Christian Church in the world after the Catholic Church. It has between 225 and 300 million faithful around the world.

The Orthodox Church is considered the heir of all Christian communities in the eastern half of the Mediterranean. His theological doctrine was established in a series of councils, of which the most important are the first seven Councils, called "ecumenical" that took place between the fourth and eighth centuries. After several disagreements and conflicts, the Orthodox Church and the Catholic Church separated in the so-called "Schism of East and West," July 16, 1054. Orthodox Christianity spread through Eastern Europe thanks to the prestige of the Byzantine Empire and labor of numerous missionary groups.
