Determine the missing number 420 + = 670 basically 420 + what = 670 so what equals 670 but has to include 420

Hello! This is a simple subtraction matter. All order-of-operations are opposites (multiplication and division, and addition and subtraction.) This means that since we're presented with a case where 420 + something = 670, the opposite is 670 - 420 = something.

You would take 420 away from 670 and be left with 250


So 670-420=250
So that means 250+420=670
