when you don't complete your antibiotic series you run the risk of creating a super bug that becomes resistant to the antibiotic. it is important to finish the antibiotics prescribed to make sure the disease or infection is gone. even if you feel better the disease or infection may still be around and after you quit your antibiotics it may come back stronger and more resistant.
