  • A = 96 ft
  • C = - 24 ft

Part A

The elevation of city D is 1 over 4 of the elevation of city C.

  • D = (1/4)C

Part B

  • D = (1/4)*(-24) = - 6

The answer is negative as it is the result of the product of positive and negative numbers.
