Well first things first don't put yourself down. be nice to yourself. God made you that way and you are perfect. Some ways you can be nice to yourself is to not judge how you look. Or you can compliment yourself. Another way you can build your self esteem is remember that no one is perfect. There was only one perfect person and that was god. There are many ways to build your self esteem these are just a couple.
