National politics--if you like a certain topic in politics or a person in politics, you can explain that and WHY you should vote/like them. (If it's for anything under college I wouldn't get too political though.)
Public Health - opinions on vaccines, or pandemic in general, if you think anything with the healthcare system is wrong, you can write about that as well. What do you think people should do about the pandemic?
Science- Goes hand in hand with the environment one
Environment - Things you can do to improve the governmetn (for example, the government can apply a certain law for the commonwealth of the Earth) things about the ozone layer of Earth, climate change, Co2 levels from cars, etc. (This topic is the easiest in my opinion, since there's a lot of non-controversial issues in the environment)
Technology - do you think kids should have more or less access to the internet? What about social media, is it good or bad? so many things you could do with this one.
