Combine the constant terms, separately from the rest, and then combine the "v" terms, separately from the rest:

-6/5 + 4/15 - (2/3)v + (1/3)v

The LCD of the first 2 terms is 15, so we have -18/15 + 4/15, or -14/15.

The LCD of the last 2 terms is also 15, so we have -(10/15)v + (5/15)v, or (-5/15)v.

The final result is (1/15)(-14 - 5v), or

14+5v
