Solution:

Since we are given that there is a free fall .

So, we will use the formula:
d=(1)/(2) gt^(2)

Now put the given values in the formula :


d=(1)/(2)*(-9.8)*(120)^(2)


d=(1)/(2)*(-9.8)*14400


d=(-141120)/(2)


d=-70560

Negative sign shows the direction only.

Hence she traveled 70560 m.
