Sociological research has found that children from poor neighborhoods are more likely to get in difficulty with the law, and that parenting is more difficult in the poor neighborhoods.
So these are the answers - more likely; more difficult
Unfortunately children from poor neighborhoods have a bigger chance of getting involved in criminal activity. Poorer parents has less time and fewer resources to invest in their children which makes parenting more difficult. The children will be trying to get attention, money and items they want through criminal means.
