Implied powers

These are powers of Congress NOT explicitly stated in the Constitution. They are powers enjoyed by the U.S. government which have not been explicitly granted by the Constitution but are implied by the necessary and proper clause and are used to carry out the enumerated powers

Implied powers are the powers that are not written in the constitution but may be assumed from the expressed powers. These powers can be delegated for the purpose of carrying out the enumerated powers.
