This is simple.

6 of the "ten" rods and 7 of the "ones" rods.

6 times 10 is 60 plus 7 times 1 equals 7.

Answer:

To model
(67)/(100), we need 10 tens rods 100 unit cubes.

Out of 100 unit cubes, we need to shade 67 units cubes.

Which is 6 tens rods and 7 unit cubes.

Explanation:

To model
(67)/(100), we need 10 rods and 100 unit cubes.

To model this we need to draw 10 rods horizontally and 10 rods vertically, so that we will have 100 unit cubes.

Now we have to shade 67 unit cubes out of 100 unit cubes.

Which represents
(67)/(100)

Which is 6 tens rods and 7 unit cubes.
