Hi!
We need to isolate y on one sides. Let's subtract 8 from both sides.
-8-8≤8-8+y
-16≤y
The answer is -16≤y

-8 ≤ 8 + y
Subtract 8 from both sides.
-16 ≤ y
Flip this around so y is first.
y ≥ -16
