Answer:

Before the coming of the railroads, travelling and transporting was done by stagecoaches and waterways which took a long time to go one place to another. By coming of the railroads it changed the entire country economic condition. it made easier to travel into far distances in a short period of time and without any hardship. Travel between towns and cities became easier and faster.
