Destiny can run one full mile in 6 minutes (45 sec. x 8 = 360 sec. or 6 min). She can also walk a full mile in 16 minutes (4 min. x 4 = 16 min). In total, it will take Destiny 22 minutes to run one mile AND walk one mile afterwards.
