She would save $7.50.
If you calculate how much money it would cost her to make her own lunch times the five days which you will get…
0.75 *5= $3.75
And then calculate how much money it would cost her to eat in the cafeteria times the five days..
$2.25*5=11.25
Now you want to subtract the amount she makes her own lunch and the amount that she would eat in the cafeteria so…
11.25 - 3.75 = $7.50
So in the end she would save $7.50 if she was to bring her own lunch to school.
