Let one of the sides = x

2x + b1 + b2 = 52.9

b1 = 11.4 and b2 = 12.3

2x + 11.4 + 12.3 = 52.9

2x + 23.7 = 52.9

2x = 52.9 - 23.7

2x = 29.2

x = 29.2 / 2

x = 14.6

Each of the two unknown sides is 14.6
