A flower store sold 2,450 flowers in a month. If 60% of the flowers the store sold were roses, how many roses did the store sell in the month?

60% of 2450 flowers

60/100 × 2450
6 × 245
= 1470 roses

1470 flowers.

If you want to calculate 60% of 2,450 you would do 2,450 X .60 and you would get 1470.
