Three reasons why an employer shouldn’t judge a possible employee by their social media.

1. It was the past. Perhaps they were younger when they were on social media.
2. It is none of their business. Whatever goes on in their social/private life shouldn’t affect them.
I’m not so sure about a 3rd one, but that’s all I can think of :’)
