Lateral Surface Area. The general formula for the total surface area of a right prism is T . S . A . = p h + 2 B where represents the perimeter of the base, the height of the prism and the area of the base.

SA= wh+lw+lp+ls

SA= 16(6)+7(16)+7(10)+7(10)

SA= 96+112+70+70

SA= B. 348in^2
