Okay so you see those dots located in the fist question right? locate the coordinates ( 1, 2)
Now that you have located them, look at what the question asks
"move 3 units left and 7 units up" and what you do is move vertices ( 1,2) (aka the dot) 3 units left and move it up 7 times.
And now your new location for (1,2) should be (-2,5) because you moved the (1,2) dot 3 units to the left and 7 units up.
( now do the same for the rest of the other dots)
