Albert is walking twice ( 8/4) as fast as Kimbelry so Kimberley's speed is 1.5 yards per second.

So when Albert catches up he walks 6 + x yards while Kimberley has walked x yards.

x = 1.5t and 3t = 60 + x

3t = 60 + 1.5t

1.5t = 60

t = 60/1.5 = 40 seconds (answer)

So the time to walk 60 yards
