Here total available flowers are a lily,a rose , a carnation , a daisy, a dahlia and an iris that is 6 .

And florist is going to make a five flower arrangement from the given 6 flowers without selecting a daisy. SO he have a total of 5 flowers available .

Therefore required probability = 5/6
