we are given

population gets doubled after every 50 years

so, we can set up function as

F=P(2)^{(t)/(50)}

Here ,

P is initial population

t is time in years

F is future population

so, we have

P=2500000

t=2100-1950

t=150

we can plug these values

and we get

F=2500000(1+1)^{(150)/(50)}..........Answer
