(4x)/(√(9x+8))

to rationalise we multiply both numerator and denominator by
√(9x+8)

So we do

(4x)/(√(9x+8)) * (√(9x+8))/(√(9x+8))

=
(4x(√(9x+8)))/(9x+8)

As it cannot be simplified anymore so this is the final answer

(4x(√(9x+8)))/(9x+8)
