we are given

y= -x^2 + 6x + 7

we can use vertex form parabola formula

y= a(x-h)^2+k

so, we can complete x square

y= -(x^2 - 6x - 7)

y= -(x^2 - 6x - 7+3^2-3^2)

y= -(x^2 - 6x +3^2-16)

y= -(x-3)^2+16

so, option-A........................Answer
