You would use unit rate for this. If Austin makes $209 in 11 hours, then he makes 209/11 = 19 dollars in 1 hour.

Then, we can make a proportion:

$19/1 hour = $152/ x hours

Cross multiply:

152 = 19x

Solve for x to get:

x = 8 hours.

Hey!

First you have to find the price for 1 hour. Divide the total price by the time

(Total\ Price)/(Time) = (\$ 209)/(11)

Divide 209 by 11

\$ 209 / 11 = \$ 19\ /hour

Divide $152 by $19

152 / 19 = 8

That means Austin would have to work 8 hours to make $152

\framebox{Answer = 8 hours}

Good luck and hope this helps!
