\bf \cfrac{√(16)}{2}-\sqrt[4]{16}\implies \cfrac{4}{2}-\sqrt[4]{2^4}\implies 2-2\implies 0

recall that the whole numbers is the set of 0,1,2.... onwards


\bf -√(36)+\sqrt[3]{125}\implies -√(6^2)+\sqrt[3]{5^3}\implies -6+5\implies -1

recall that integers are just whole numbers, positive or negative.
