Answer:-

Neon, Helium = Noble gas

Lithium, Sodium, and Potassium = Alkali metals

Explanation:-

Neon has the electronic configuration 2,8

It has eight electrons in it's valence shell. As such it is stable as per the octet rule. Hence Neon is a noble gas.

Helium has the electronic configuration 2.

As per the duplet rule. it is stable. Hence Helium is a noble gas.

Lithium has the electronic configuration 2,1

Sodium has the electronic configuration 2,8,1

Potassium has the electronic configuration 2,8,8,1

Lithium, Sodium and Potassium each have 1 valence electron in it's outermost shell. The group of metals with 1 valence electron is called Alkali metals.

Hence Lithium, Sodium and Potassium are called alkali metals.
