Now start with 1.1x.

A 5% increase means 1.1x + 0.05 * 1.1x = 1.1x + 0.055x = 1.155x

If you multiply a number by 1.155, you get the number increased by 10% and then increased by 5%.

2429 * 1.155 = 2805
