v = 17.06851cu.inches
when rounded the answer would be 20cu. inches
The formula for finding the volume of a cone is
1/3(hπr^2)
since we don't know the radius we can find it out through the equation of finding the circumference which is π x d =9.8inches
so the diameter is 9.8/π
which is 3.119437 inches
since the diameter is 2xradius so it would be
3.119437/2=1.559718
so now we can plug this into our equation

1/3(6.7x3.141592653x1.559718^2)
so that would be 17.06851cu.inches
