Parul's come has the closest volume to 9π cm³, as it is (9 1/3)π cm³.

We can figure out the volume of a cone using the formula (πr² × h)/3. Using this, we can see that:

Raj - (2.5²π × 3)/3 = 6.25π
Amit - (3²π × 4)/3 = 12π
