The answer is D) 1/4


We draw the triangle and we notice triangle ABC is similar to DBE so all the sides will be in proportion.


Since AC is 4 times longer than DE, all the sides of triangle ABC will be 4 times longer.


Then if the perimeter of ABC was lets say 8, DBE would have a perimeter of 2.


D is the answer :)
