Intergovernmental coordinator refers to a role that enable the government to connected several government institution to join in one operation that benefit all the parties that involved in the operation.

Example of such operation would be the creation of programs to clean up environmental waste in eastern states, Cooperation to pursue fleeing criminals, etc.
