100/ 24.3 = 4.11522634

4.11522634*12,600 = 51851.8519

51851.8519 is the full answer.

But you need to round. The final answer is

51852 employees

Ok so there is a very easy way to do this.

You just divide 12,600 by .243

12,600/.243 = 51,851.851851851852

Since you can’t have .851851851852 of an employee, you would just round up and your final answer should be

51,852 employees in total

Hope this helps you out!
